“I’ve lived this journey myself.”

I understand this journey from the inside.

Hi! I’m Catherine

I live with Arthrogryposis (AMC), so I know firsthand the challenges that physical disability can bring to daily life, independence, and family relationships.

I also understand the heart of a mother who worries, carries so much, and simply wants to help.

As a certified life coach, I support moms of adult children with physical disabilities as they move from fear and overwhelm toward peace, trust, and confidence.

Common questions

A few answers to questions many mothers ask before starting coaching.

Is this only for moms?

My coaching is primarily designed for mothers of adult children with physical disabilities, but anyone supporting a loved one with a disability may find it helpful.

Do I need my adult child to participate?

No. Coaching focuses on supporting you as the parent. Many mothers find that when they gain more calm and clarity, family relationships improve naturally.

Is this therapy?

Coaching is different from therapy. It focuses on helping you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and emotional steadiness.

What if I feel guilty asking for support?

Many mothers feel this way. Seeking support is not selfish — it allows you to show up with more calm, patience, and strength for the people you love.

Do you offer faith-based coaching?

Yes. Faith can be a meaningful part of the coaching process for those who desire it.
